			Gosse Bluff: Northern Territories evening, Australia In a remote part of Central Australia, this enormous ring of mountains was thrown up by the impact of a giant meteorite.
			Vix The Celtic city of Vix was sited on the flat summit of Mont Lassois, close to the upper reaches of the Seine. This work was painted for the Tin Route exhibition shown at the Museum of Chatillon-Sur-Seine and the Tate Gallery, St Ives.

			Above Sky Blu Above Mount Carrara in the remote high plateau of Antarctica. The artist camped at the foot of the mountain while working with the British Antartic Survey.
